1. License granted to you

We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive license to use the site's tools (resume builder, ATS checker, cover letter generator) for your legitimate personal or professional purposes. The files you create with the tool (your resume and letters) are entirely your own, to use as you wish.

2. Intellectual property rights

All components of the site — including but not limited to: the source code (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), the design and interfaces, templates, text and articles, and the name and logo "Tawzif-CV / توظيف-CV" — are works protected under the copyright law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the international Berne Convention, and are exclusively owned by Tawzif-CV (tawzif-cv.com).

3. Prohibited uses

The following are expressly prohibited without our prior written permission:

• Copying or cloning the site, in whole or in part, or republishing it on any other domain or hosting.
• Copying the source code or design, or reusing them in any other product or site, whether directly or after modification.
• Republishing, translating, or extensively quoting our articles or text without attribution and a link to the source.
• Using the site's name or mark in a way that implies a partnership or affiliation that doesn't exist.
• Any automated scraping or harvesting of the site for the purpose of reproduction or competition.

4. Reporting and handling violations

We monitor for unauthorized copying, and the site's files contain technical ownership markers that establish their source. When a violation is detected, we will pursue the remedies available to us, including: filing DMCA takedown notices with hosting providers and search engines, filing a complaint with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, and seeking compensation where applicable.
