Job Application Tracker

Organize your job search in one place: company, application date, status, and your notes. All your data is saved in your browser only, never sent to any server.

Why track your applications?

An active job seeker sometimes applies to dozens of jobs within weeks, and it's easy to forget where and when you applied, causing you to miss an important follow-up or call a company you can't remember. With one table you know clearly: how many did you apply to? How many replied? And where does each one stand?

How do you use the job application tracker?

Click "+ Add a job" and log the company name, job title, application date, and current status (e.g., applied, interview, rejected, accepted). You can edit or delete any row at any time, and add notes like the recruiter's name or your next follow-up date.

Why does organization matter in a job search?

Staying organized lets you act quickly when someone replies — because you know exactly what you applied to and when, instead of digging through email and WhatsApp messages. It also helps you spot if your application approach needs adjusting; for example, if you've applied to 30 jobs with zero replies, that's a sign to review your resume or its compatibility with ATS systems.

Where is my data stored?

It's saved locally inside your browser only (on the same device and browser), and never sent to any server. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you'll need to re-enter your data.

Can I export my application list as a file?

The tool currently focuses on tracking directly in the browser. If you need an export feature, message us from the contact page — we'd love to hear your suggestion.

How many jobs can I track?

There's no limit — add as many as you need, and the tool shows you a quick summary of your applications and their statuses at the top.
