⚠️ This is an estimation tool for guidance only, not an official calculation or financial advice. Rates are based on public sources as of July 2026, and the new-system rate rises gradually each July through 2028. To confirm your exact figure, check your payslip or the official
gosi.gov.sa website.
How is the GOSI contribution calculated?
Contributions are calculated on the "contributory wage," which is basic salary + housing allowance only (other allowances like transport and phone are excluded), capped at SAR 45,000 per month. Saudi employees have their share deducted for the Pensions branch and Unemployment Insurance (SANED), while the employer covers the larger share plus the full Occupational Hazards branch. Non-Saudi residents have nothing deducted from their salary at all — the 2% Occupational Hazards contribution is borne entirely by the employer.
